How to use Bill.com with Ascend

This is a guide that will teach you:

  • How an insured can set up Bill.com so that they can use it to pay your company

  1. Contact Ascend support to ask for a copy of your company's FBO account verification letter.

  2. Provide the verification letter to any insured asking how to set up Bill.com.

  3. The insured can create your company as a vendor in Bill.com using the account verification letter you provided, which means funds will be sent to that bank account.

  4. Once funds are received, they will appear in Incoming Payments: https://dashboard.useascend.com/accounting/incoming_payments

This action requires Accounting or Admin permissions
