• Go to Administration Tab

  • in side bar, navigate toGeneral → Notification Service Setup

• In the pop-up notification service window, click New to create a new notification service client

• Complete field Notification Client

  • Enter Ascend Client

• Under Contacts , click New

  • Fill out the following information:

    • Name: Ascend

    • Email: developers+[agency name]@useascend.com

• Under Recipient Information , click New

  • Fill out the following information:

    • Recipient Name: Ascend

    • Destination Address: https://api.useascend.com/integrations/ams360_webhooks

    • Notification version: 3.0

    • Delivery status: On

• Under Notification Types

  • Check for the Grant Notification column

    • Broker

    • Customer

    • Company

    • LineOfBusiness

    • Policy

    • PolicyContact

    • PolicyTransactionPremium

• Click Add for Recipient Information

• Click Save up top
