Reply-To Email

Ascend sends emails to customers on behalf of your agency. When one of your customers responds to an email, we route that email back to your organization so you can respond appropriately.

Using the feature

This feature can be found under Emails on the Customer Experience settings page.

Emails can be routed to:

  1. The account manager on record

  2. A specific user or email address

What email campaigns are affected?

Customer Emails

For programs, one time payments, and installment plans created by your agency, customer replies to emails will be routed back to your agency.

Partner Emails (MGA only)

For programs, one time payments, and installment plans created by an MGA, customer replies to emails will be routed back to that MGA.


FAQ

Q: Which users can control the reply-to settings?

A: Only admin users have the ability to toggle this feature.
